One of Paris' chicest and most lovely restaurants - "Ralph's" is the only restaurant of the Polo Ralph Laurent Group in France. It's such a stylish and perfectly decorated place so you feel to have dinner in your own wonderful backyard. Even the staff is clothed super stylish in an typical Ralph Laurent outfit, the waiters with pin-striped trousers, a slim white and blue striped shirt and a branded apron and the hostesses in marine blue and dark brown riding boots. We had a beautiful corner table in the backyard with linen tablecloths and a bench full of pillows to feel comfortable and like to be at home.

The menu was specialized on burgers and steaks but with the goal to make something special out of the little things.

The amuse bouche was a typical Tuscan snack, deep fried green olives accompanied by an amazing glass of rosé Champagner.

As a starter I had a hand cutted tuna tartar with avocado and sesame, a perfect dish on a mild summer night. The fish was super soft and was very tasty and fitted perfectly with the avocado.

My colleague tried the the classic shrimp cocktail with a Montauk red sauce - Montauk is a small village in Long Island, New York. It's such a simple dish but convenience with its soft and delicate taste.

My main course was a double RL grilled boneless rib eye steak medium rare which is a little bit more fatty but gets a better taste and is more for steak lovers and Daniel tried the seared filet mignon medium, a soft and not fat peace of the back of the veal. Both steaks were served with home made chips and spinach.
