Vienna Edition - our best hotels . . .

Vienna is a city with an ancient charme, full of history and tradition. But do you really want to stay in a room where more than thousand other guests slept? If no, then head on reading! We were looking for Vienna's most unique hotels and are more than happy to present such extraordinary properties:

THE CRAZY ONE - Sofitel Vienna Stephansdom

All rooms are strictly held in white, grey and black - and they really are! Not even the floor or blanket is styled in any other colour. The bathrooms are enormous with an open-style feel, Hermes toiletries and rainhead showers. The best of this hotel, beside the new So Spa, is the top-floor restaurant Le Loft with a simply stunning ceiling - it really gives you the feeling of overlooking a colourful sky! Okay, let's say the view is impeccable too - you can see all sights without leaving your room.

Maybe that's what you want for rates from 250.00 Euros per room and night excluding breakfast at 29 Euros per Person. Although it is worth to be seen.

THE BEST SITUATED ONE - Hotel Bristol Vienna

After an expensive renovation made by Pierre Yves Rochon, some rooms look just that luxurious - and the best of all, they are less expensive than the same rooms at the nearby Sacher Hotel!

My only advice is to avoid one of the non-renovated rooms, as they can be very old and used. Nevertheless this is a great hotel to stay - breakfast is good, service very attentive and of course the location - one of the best you can get in Vienna.

For rates starting from 180.00 Euros for an old-fashioned Classic room and approximately 260 Euros for a new Grand Deluxe Room, this hotel is well worth its high price - Think of the location!

THE BOUTIQUE STYLE  - Hotel Topazz and Hotel Lamée

Hotel Topazz - Prestige Room

I put both hotels togheter as they are sister hotels and furthermore they are managed togheter. Even the design is similar except the bathrooms - they are completely the same! In my opinion the service is also not different. Both hotels are situated next to each other and the bar combines both of them in a great and stylish way! These hotels are the perfect place for travellers looking for design and comfort, as well as location - just 5 minutes walking to St. Stephans Cathedrale.

For rates starting from 152.00 Euros for a nicely decorated Classic Room at the Topazz and 143.00 Euros for a beautiful room in the Hotel Lamée - my personal favourite of them!

Hotel Lamée - Suite with Panorama Views

More hotels to stay at Vienna are for example the new Kempinski Palais Hansen (from 220.00€/night), the over-priced Ritz Carlton (270.00€/night) as well as the best located hotel in town - the Do&Co Hotel which already had its best times (from 220.00€ for a courtyard room).
